Project Security Review
International companies, with branches across the globe, face the challenge of ensuring every project has the same standards of security. While it is different to meet those standards in every country, they should adhere to the same security policy.
The security that is needed in, for example, Iraq is different from that of a country like Sudan. Iraq is more vulnerable for terrorist attacks while Sudan struggles more with tribal tensions and intercommunal violence. While both threats are to be treated seriously and with care, they do need a different approach.
That’s why balancing these two needs requires time and in depth research. Analyzing your current security procedures, benchmarking these against your global security exposure and filling the gaps between your exposure and policies will make sure the requirements will be met.
