Remote Trauma Module
In medial contingencies, the so-called “Golden Hour” is crucial: the time following an incident during which the medical treatment has the highest chance of preventing lasting damage or death. Is your travelling staff able to take care of themselves and their colleagues in the event of an incident?
Our Remote Trauma Module is provided by a seasoned military trauma doctor with academic credentials. Participants will first learn how to act in the case of minor first aid situations, including cuts, burns and stings. As the training progresses, they will deal with weather-related situations such as frostbite and heat exhaustion. Finally, they will learn how to provide medical assistance in the case of emergency and trauma situations, including poisoning, severe wounds, broken bones and the transportation of an injured individual.
We can adjust the training to your company’s standard medic kit, teaching them how to properly use this.
