This security framework equips project managers with the necessary information to first understand the relevance of security. It also provides practical tools to conduct risk analyses, select appropriate security strategies, design security measures, and conduct evaluations. A key characteristic of this framework is its cyclical nature, necessitating periodic revisitation of the recommended steps within the document and testing if the implemented security measures have the desired effect. This practice ensures that security measures remain relevant and effective in the face of evolving threats and changing circumstances.

Through the development of the security-by-design methodology, we empower our client’s project teams to proactively identify and address security risks. This proactive approach enables strategic decision-making and ultimately enhances the resilience and sustainability of our client’s initiatives.
